Standard shipments will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground transport. We usually ship within 3-5 days Business Days of payment received. This does not apply to LOT orders. Tracking Numbers will be emailed shortly after product is scheduled for shipment. Expedited delivery service may be available for an additional cost, and should be coordinated through our customer service department.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the different packages and may arrive at seperate times.
We do not offer FREE SHIPPING to any location outside of the contiguous USA (lower 48 states). We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside of the lower 48 states including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, etc.
We only ship to confirmed address. The shipping address must either be confirmed in Paypal or it must be the billing address for the credit card you are using. No P.O. boxes, please.

We offer a 30 day repair warranty with a 14 day money back or item exchange. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Also, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
You may return your items for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery.
Special/custom order cannot be returned. Special/custom orders cancelled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject up to a 15% cancellation fee.
Exchanges are only available for 14 days from receipt, unless as otherwise determined by our technical staff.
Customer must report any visible damage within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage.
Buyers will be responsible for return shipping in most cases and a restocking fee of up to 15% per item may be assessed.
30 day repair warranty (or as otherwise stated on your order). Warranty claims are for hardware issues only - excluding batteries. We do not guarantee or warranty laptop batteries.
All returned items must be approved by our service department before they are shipped back. You will be provided with a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) form to include with the package(s) via email.
Please use original packaging if possible. If the item is not packaged securely, and upon delivery is found to be damaged as a result, no refund will be issued. The package will only be returned after shipping has been arranged and paid for by the customer.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
RMAs are processed within 2 business days of delivery at our facility. Once your RMA has been processed, you can expect a refund or exchange shipment to be arranged within 3 business days. It could take an additional 3-5 days for funds to appear back in your account due to the varying processing time of different banks. If item is returned without a valid RMA number, we will be unable to process a return, exchange or refund.
