Sales Specialist:

Qualified Applicant:

Must have a proven history of sales experience and success in multiple fields
Must be able to handle a large quantity of accounts
Sales of Computers and or Electronics is a Plus
Computer Technical Experience is a Plus
Must be aggressive in seeking out new customers
Must be a motivated individual to grow the company
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Must be comfortable and willing to make cold calls
Must be very familiar with email
Must be able to work independently
Strong communication skills - oral and verbal
Experience working with different types of software - Excel skills and other
Must be goal oriented
Possess strong Interpersonal skills
Must have proven prospecting skills
Must have the ability to properly calculate sales margins
Ability to establish quotas
Experience with online sales venues is a plus
Experience working with wholesalers is a plus
Formal sales training is a plus
Ability to manager other sales people is a plus - ability to train others
Familiar with selling to nationwide accounts
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time everyday

Responsibilities will include:

Handling a current customer base
Manage existing accounts and create new accounts
Placing a large number of cold calls per day
Keep the customer based organized
Manage communication with customer base
Sell computers in small and large volumes
Contact our customers frequently to push our sales
Managing the sale from the beginning to the end with the help of office staff
Working with a sales team to establish, meet, and exceed goals
Take incoming sales calls generated from online marketing
Must be accessible outside of the regular work schedule - Smart Phone would be provided

Computer Technician Position:

Qualified Applicant:

Must be trustworthy, responsible and able to work fast and efficient in a very fast paced environment
Must work well independently with little supervision
Must be accurate in their work
Must have past laptop repair experience
Must be proficient with XP
Must have excellent hardware and software skills
Must have Break/Fix Experience
Must be familiar with basic networking
Must have some customer service skills and have a friendly, helpful attitude towards customers
Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Experience with Microsoft Server 2003 is a plus
Familiarity with Linux and Linux Server is a plus
Automated Windows Installations via Sysprep is a plus
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
Must reside in the Northern KY/Cincinnati Metro area and be willing to commute and be on time every day

Responsibilities will include:

Repairing large varieties of laptops and desktops quickly and accurately.
When needed, answering customer phone calls and performing technical support over the phone for customers.
Processing, repairing and inventorying returns.

Must possess a sense of urgency great attention to detail
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
Background working in a warehouse setting is a plus
Must have reliable transportation to get you to and from work on time
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Accurately picking orders to be shipped ensuring no missing or incorrect parts ship
Thoroughly Cleaning systems before carefully wrapping and packing
Maintaining a clean warehouse
Maintaining Inventory

Meeting daily ship quotas
